Minimum Component
Find the minimum value of each column in the data.
This struct represents an abstract computation. Arguments are provided via the graph. Additional options are set via the fields on this struct. The return is the result of the minimum on the arguments.

data
- Array - Data for which you want the maximum value in each column.candidates
- Array - Set from which the Exponential mechanism will return an element.
